It means your battery is yours. It automatically backs up your home during outages and helps you use more of the solar you produce. No utility can access or control it for their own programs.
How does the Climate First Bank financing work?

What incentives are still available in 2026?
You still get the 100% NC property tax exemption on the added value of your solar system. You can also lock in the Net Metering Bridge Rate before it ends (better export credits for up to 15 years).
How long does installation take?
